Sad day. I tell ya, it has beena tough week for hollywood and the music industry! My sympathy goes out to all the friends and family of those who have recently passed away.
Just today I was watching an old "Dirty Harry" series of Clint Eastwood - Dead Pool. A cop says in it "Celebrities always die 3-some"
Thing is... we already had our three. Ed McMahon, Farrah Fawcett, and Michael Jackson So this is either someone going for the Law of Fives or we have another 3-pack starting.
I've always heard the rule of 3 as well: David Carradine Ed McMahon Farrah Fawcett Michael Jackson Billy Mays ....... .........? Seems like life has it out for celebrities lately.
Hrm, I wouldn't have grouped Carradine with them, he was a few weeks prior, but I guess you have a point there. Someone else is in trouble then.
RIP Billy. The TV show was fun. I want to find those shoe inserts that they were using to bash their hands. Yep it is rules of 3 and Baloosh rounded it up so 1 more.
Oh yes didnt you know, he was found hanging naked in a closet in Thailand with his hands tied on his back as far as I read the statements. Foul play is assumed. I didnt follow up anymore but he was shooting a new movie it appears.
Of all the people to be sad about his passing, it should be my son. He loves Oxy clean commercials. Of course, he's four...
I'm torn. I would never wish an early death on anyone. I have to admit though I won't miss his obnoxious commercials, and I won't have to hit the 'mute' button as often now. RIP; sorry for his family.
I never liked his commercials, but watching his show Pitchmen gave me a respect for him. He had a true passion for his job.
