    Fat Handle Tech
    NOS Schick Super Chromium (D2)
    Thayers Rose WH
    Anherb AS Gel

Results: Same razor, blade and soap setup and had the same outstanding results. The 1305 was a lather machine today and I am starting to see what the hype is all about as it gets nice and broken in.

Just as good as, I may add to the Magnum review thread, but if I had a choice I would go for a Dorco Pace 6 over a Magnum or Fusion. I do feel a drag when using a Personna Magnum or Matrix 3, or even Triflexx - but this does not affect performance.

I am not sure I have ever used a Fusion or Pace 6 with real shaving cream, rather than upmarket gel than I thought was an improvement on Foam :ashamed001

    At least someone's playing along.

Using an in-production DE is cheating.:mad::mad::mad::mad:

    7 JULY MMIX.
    TUESDAY. NON-VINTAGE.

    Start: Imperial Leather
    Razor: Black Titanium
    Soap: Arko Shave Stick
    Brush: C&E Best Badger
    Splash: Pinaud Clubman
    Finish: Tabac Toilet H20.

    ...

Fine shave at a high price. I've never subscribed to the belief that any more than 1 blade contributes to a closer shave, and a 2-pass shave with the Quattro left me with my customary results.

I often use 1- and 2-blade disposables and will say this: Spring-loaded razors with pivoting heads obstruct hair removal in certain areas.

When shaving my chest, the Titanium, with and its flexing and contouring and this and that, made it difficult to hit spots, for example on my collarbone, without repeated strokes.

    ...

I collapsed fifteen times during my shave today on account of this:

How is using an in-production DE cheating? The fact that it's in production is a completely legit non-vintage razor.

Ya, ya, but they're modeled after vintage.

The whole purpose, IMO, should be to use razors the masses use, multi-bladed, spring-loaded head-pivoters - to get a good taste of that nasty sh*t!

On a side note, near my GF's apt. - Boston/Brookline line - is a Star Market where I found a disposable I've never seen before:

Schick's Twin. Not Slim Twin, or ST2, but just Twin. Straight-up two-blade fixed-head throwaway razors. Never seen them before. Very crude packaging. What's more, the front of the pack said Schick and the back Wilkinson Sword. I wonder if these are popular abroad?
