Nope, never seen one of those. I've seen quite a few with "Use with Ivory Soap" stamped into the top plate though. They are both old type's.
It's an Old style. That kind of $ for an Old with a cracked up handle and loose ends is a bit much, unless I'm missing something special about it. I bought 2 just like them for 1.99 and 2.50 off evilbay with original boxes.
Agreed. Thats the difference between us and the collector who will pay $100 just for the box this guy is selling. But that's good though! If the collector is happy, so am I. Lord knows, I wasted a lot of money over the years on hobbies that other people thought were stupid, :happy102 but made me happy.

Palmolive+Gillette I picked this up at an antique shop in Romeo, MI last summer for $15. It looked unused to me. Here's the back of the box. And a better picture of the front. It seems as if the razor was free with the purchase of a tube of Palmolive shaving cream. Both for 35 cents? Looks like a deal, to me. Larry
The auctions are for Old types.. .however, they did have Palmolive NEW sets as well I had a NEW from a Palmolive set once upon a time. But I think that I either sold it or it was the one that got replated. From Achim's site PalmOlive NEW:
