I ordered some samples from TSD on the 24th, and was wondering how long they usually take to ship out the items. Can anyone tell me from their experience? Thanks.

Depending on how busy Jo is, a couple days max to make the product and get it in the mail. My guess is you should receive it pretty soon.

Check with the forum store directly for an answer. Most the products are handmade as we order them and it takes some time to make and package each sample scent. It's well worth the wait!

I'm sure JoAnna will probably come along shortly and answer this herself, but this is from the stores FAQ:
Also, JoAnna is the store, she is the only store employee so she does it all herself. She has stated that she is swamped with orders and working through them as fast as she can, so rest assured she hasn't forgotten about your order. :)

I didn't realize the store had an FAQ. I guess I should have looked there. I am sure they have not forgotten about my order. I was just curious about the average waiting time. I cannot wait to try them out though!

Not a problem. If it is samples of JoAnna's TSD Exclusives, you are in for a real treat! :D

BTW, a BIG THANKS for serving in our Armed Forces. :happy096

Haven't heard from her lately, do you think this means that she is very busy?

JB.. She is busy (see Drideckers post). Its not like this is a just grab an item off a shelf and stuff it in a box operation. I shudder to think how stressful and chaotic it must be to keep track of all the different scented soaps and A/S currently being made to fill those orders.

AECUSN - its worth the wait. I know you weren't being impatient - just inquisitive.

Before this thread blows up...I don't think Shane was implying anything....He is just curios since he is a new customer. I did the same thing when I 1st ordered.

    What?

    ..............................and, she's been (is) sick.

I'd say, from order to receiving, MoM usually has your stuff to you within 5 business days.

    The pleasure is all mine!:D
I'm sure it is worth the wait! It probably wouldn't be so bad waiting, if I were not on vacation for the next 1.5 weeks.:happy005

Oh, I am sure she is busy, this is one of those things that if you could see me you would have seen me smack my forehead trying to figure out why I had not put one and one together earlier.

Maybe they will grant you a reprieve for a small alm? Send me $5 and I'll inquire on your behalf

[edit: I sent in the request for you anyway and already received a wonderful reply - You're good to go]
