Hi, Don't know if this is the right place to ask but here goes anyway. Recently recieved some goodies from TSD. I absolutely love the shave cream so I thought I'd order a couple more. Cost of 2 x creams $14.98 very reasonable cost of 2x creams + shipping $42.48. Would you be able to find something cheaper? I have had $1000 dollar watches shipped for less from the states. Could be even higher if we get hit for import tax as that is payed on total including shipping. Isnt there a a really cheap USPS option or somthing ?
Since this involves the store, I think the quickest and best place for a question about shipping would have been here. I'm sure JoAnna could quote you a shipping cost if the shopping cart system doesn't do that when you place an order.
I would probably say that her postage calculator automatically factors in the cost as Priority mail which she uses for all of TSD orders. As you can see..... http://ircalc.usps.gov/IntlMailServices.aspx?Country=10150&M=2&P=1&O=6&sd=1 This was the prices for 1 lb 6 oz. $30? Dayum! Yes flat rate is much cheaper but dont know if its an option through the store. I have found shipping to UK usually being outrageous. Small stuff under 13 oz is no problem but more than that? SICK!
This its waht is confusing me. You have the option to choose cheaper shipping when checking out. However last time I tried that I got an email saying it was not possible and I had to pay the highest price. Just a little confused as I am not sure which option to pick for 2 small tubs of cream.
I would say a friendly email to the store asking if a flat rate option could be used would be your best bet. The USPS is a work art and rarely makes since.
:sihns011 Since JoAnna is the store, she is the only person that can give you the answer. Send her a message through the store, I'm sure she'll do all she can to help you out.
The only packages that can be tracked internationally are the ones sent via Priority. First Class is untraceable in my understanding.
Full size TSD products do not fit in the USPS Small Flat Rate Box. Hardly any full size products do. However, there is no way for me to turn off that shipping option without killing all Priority shipping international. And some people really want Priority. First Class is what you'd want to choose, if you don't want to pay the cost of Priority. The shopping cart is very accurate in calculating shipping costs, btw.
