Hi I am razorjoe I don't have a avatar yet and do to my low paying job I don't have the internet at home so I go to the library (free) to get my e-mail. It may take awhile for me to respone to your messages, so be paintent with me. I started shaving when I was 11 years old in 1973, because my brother started shaving I had to. I started out with a gillet safety razor I don,t know what model, in 1978 I bought a Double Duck gold edge 5/8 round nose straight razor from Harold Bros. in Cleveland, Ohio I walked the blade right into the side of my face and I had a nice 3" cut to look at in the mirror. I became a bornagain Christian on March 9,1980. went into the Marine Corps. In march of 1984, in boot camp you have to do the 3 S's in 10 minutes. From my bad shaving habits and shaving every day I have had ingrown hairs on my face all the time so I have gone back to learn good shaving habits with a DE and a str8 razors. At 47 years of age I thought I knew how to shave properly but I have found out so much on the internet to help my shaving.
