Hello all, new to the site. Sorta new to DE shaving. I had a small collection of razors, before I really knew anything about them, 20 or so years ago. Those were stolen, but I have longed to start using them. I just never had the time or inclination to do anything about that until recently. So I'm sure I'll have questions, and hopefully can provide answers.

    Welcome to TSD!
Have you tried Mitchell's Wool Fat shaving soap? It just seems fitting that someone with the username "suprchunk" would use "the Fat".

Not yet, but it is definitely on my long list of things to try. I am mostly using stuff I find locally right now (since I am currently stationed in Germany), which there seems to be a great abundance of. Once I get back stateside I will start trying stuff that is available more readily there. Thanks for the warm welcome everyone.
