That is nice. I'm glad I didn't see it before it ended. Although I do tend to set some limits on my spending on the bay. Sorry I can't help with the ID, I just know it looks good.
It is a special edition of a slim twist. Apparently Gillette made several for different companies and they sold them as their own. Fairly rare, but very cool. I would love to know how the weight is compared to the regular slim twist/knack. Too much plastic in the original IMHO. Here is another different one that Achim has on his site:
