Trumpers is amazing stuff, all of its line is amazing. Pricey? Yes. Get what you pay for? Yes without a doubt. Economical? Yes, you get a tub (200 grams), Taylors is only (150 grams). Work out the price per gram of product between Trumpers and Taylor's, Trumpers isn't that more expensive. Soooo break out the credit card, and buy, buy, buy. :rofl You're not going to be disappointed. If there is any represetnatives from Trumpers reading this thread, and my comment. I got a sampler from the shave den store of Taylors, trumpers and some T&H. I don't truely notice a lot of difference from Taylors to Trumpers. So for me Taylors is a better bargin but when I tried the T&H I did see a difference. T&H seemed to have gobs of lather from a smaller amount and a bit smoother slip. Remember tho ymmv. So get a sampler and try'm yourself.
I'm using T&H Lavender and it is amazing! I've never used Taylors, but I think it lathers better than Trumpers. But still, Trumpers stuff is great.
I didn't buy it, they sent it to me for free, but I can't really say I like Trumpers, which surprised me. I only tried one so far, it was the Sandalwood I believe. I couldn't get it to lather that great and then when I finally got something worked up and shaved, it dried my skin out and took me days of shaving with my regular stuff to get it back to it's original state. Unfortunately, I didn't get the Violet but I plan on giving it another go with the other ones I have left still..
Glad to hear this. I just ordered some Trumpers Rose soap and was worried that I may have bought something that was overhyped. Now I can't wait for it to get here...
