I just sliced my face pretty good....

was bringing the razor up by my cheek near my ear, came in at a wrong angle and set the blade down and SLICE. Bleeding pretty good. Stypic pencil didn't curb the bood flow too much. Now there is a band-aid on my face which will make my wife laugh at me! :happy102 :happy102

all that said, I'm getting pretty good w/ the str8t. Only 5 or 6th shave so far and I'm getting pretty close shaves on a single pass

 

OUCH!! I hope you heal quickly and the laughter end quickly too.

next time Pic or it didnt happen! :happy102 Jk. I got my first itty bitty nick with a straight today and as soon as I felt it catch I thought my face was sliced open!! Hope you heal soon and get back to a face without band-aids!

The real problem with slicing yourself with a straight isn't the blood loss. It isn't the pain or humiliation. It is the fact that once your wife sees what you can do to yourself with a straight she will be extra reluctant to let you get near her with a straight.
