Wow, new adventures Hey everyone, got a new update, and this one is guaranteed to be shorter! A new foray into OCM has me convinced that preparing my own stuff helps, but ONLY in conjunction with a cleaning regimen along with medication from my dermatologist. I've got a series of different stuff to take, and with the OCM, the mix changes almost daily, but the one thing I've noticed is that with two cleanings a day, one OCM and another regular soap, my copmlection has completely cleared! Still have bumps on my shoulders, however, the dermatologist will prescribe a new soap for that next week, so that's gonna get taken care of then. The next step is that I've gotten into using preshave oils. I tried a bunch of different AOS stuff, but it was all too thick. Also tried skin food, but it was too sharp. Finally settled on a really good one, not too thin, not too thick, from C.O. Bigelow. Awesome stuff, a lot like an easy version of Proraso (and yes, I know they're the same thing), so it works out pretty well. Also, I've finally given up the ghost on trying to get soaps to work here (the water is really hard), and getting a water heater just for the shaving water is a little pointless with me about to move back to the U.S. this September. Since I've made that call, I've found a lot of creams that work great, chief among them TOBS and Proraso. Both have a bunch of cool scents, but with Proraso, my favorite is the classic green tube, and with Taylor, it's Shaving Shop. So, my scent taste grew up a little bit. Well, that's all I got for now. I'll send out a new update when I've got it.
