Just got this yesterday. Sanitized and white vinegar soak and this is how it looks. I believe this is a Gillette short comb NEW but I will rely on you experts out there. The finish actually looks better than the photos look.
Nice razor! I can't tell for sure from the pics, but it looks like a long-comb New to me. The short-comb New doesn't have the sharply downward-pointing portion to each tooth, instead the tooth curves gently downwards. It should be a great shaver.
