Signature scents or specific fragrances?

I am interested if anyone prefers a signature scent, i.e. No 89, Arlington, Nomad instead or a specific fragrances or essential oils such as Lavender, Sandalwood, Almond etc.

Well, I would say I prefer signature scents. I LOVE the smell of Nomad as well as Williams and Arko to name a few. I do like EO scents but I find the smell differs with each manufacture... ex. TOBS sandalwood smells different than the AOS version.

I like Trumpers GFT.. To me it is well balanced and not too overpowering.

I think my favorite smelling soaps would be col conk bay rum, dr Harris lavender. And any of my c&e's

I've only used the conk once but I love it lots. It might just become my new favorite scent!

If it smells good, I like it.

I don't much care what a soap smells like during a shave (within reason), as long as I can no longer smell it on myself ten minutes after I'm done. I guess my signature scent would be "plain".

There are of course some that are just amazing. But I'm a fool for this stuff. I kinda sorta like them all for different reasons depending on the mood I'm in or what I plan on doing that day or evening.
Now I'm on a Sandalwood kick. Trumpers cologne, AOS creams, and I just scored 3 boxes (9 bars) of Casey Masswell Sandalwood soap. Would have bought more but that was all they had in the store. Fortunately my wife likes Sandalwood as well and likes all the soaps I make for us to use.
