I'm on my second New Belgium Trippel right now. REALLY yummy stuff - never thought coriander would work this well in a beer. The wife picked up NY Strips for dinner, which made an excellent pairing. So good I had to share.

Last week on a trip to Dallas I had three hours to kill before my flight. So, I occupied myself with 42 glasses of New Belgium Fat Tire. A marvelous ale, even in excess.
You need to try some of New Belgium's other offerings - Fat Tire is good but not THAT good. Trippel and 1554 are both much better beers IMHO.
