    Wally World blades

I have been using these in my mergress. I cork the blade first to remove the oil coating on the edge. I usually get 4-5 two to three pass shaves. Very comfortable, sharp, no nicks, and no weepers. All of the two pass shaves are DFS, and some border on BBS except requiring a third pass on neck and part of throat to be BBS. These also work equally well in my EJ89 and SS 40's, but they work best in the Mergress.

So far the Wilkinson Sword is my favorite DE blade, does anyone have any suggestions, if I like this I may also like?

Honestly too hard to say. I've seen post from guys that say they like X blades, Y blades, and Z blades. From those three, I'll like X and Y, but Z gives me a terrible shave.

You just gotta try 'em for yourself. Have you looked into sampler packs yet? Here's the long version
, and the short version, and something in between.

Sorry, not much help, I know, but dem's da facts.

I've used mine for 2 shaves now. There okay. 3rd shave will be today, we'll see how it holds up.

I love 'em. I am willing to spend more on blades but these have worked perfectly for me for 5-6 shaves. So why change. Had a bad experience with some vintage Gillette's. Works out nice they are less than two bucks for 10 blades too!

    You got it.
Merkurs to me are like shaving with a brick.
Personnas were pretty good, and I definitely like the Wilkinson Sword from Wally World.
Of course, when I purchase razor #2 that will all go out the window, and I get to start learning all over again.

They are the only blades I have used so far. Reasonable price, easy to find and for me comfortable for four shaves.

Saw these at the local wally world near me as well. It seems like they have received fairly positive reviews considering the price and convenience. I will be sure to get a pack or two and see how they work.

    Thanks,

    Amazing...

Not that I think the WM Wilkies are amazing (although after the first shave this morning in my black-tip SS I am impressed)- but the fact that I logged on tonight, specifically to see if there were any reviews on this very blade!:D

I will update with a review after I've shaved the first blade into submission.

God bless and Happy Thanksgiving to you, my friends.

blanka I will not eat my shaving products. Promise.

I've tried 'em a couple times myself and found them to be acceptable, not amongst my favs...but I tend to stick to the Gillette blade family.

I have only been DE shaving since July and I haven't tried many blades but these do not work very well for me. I can get an ok shave out of them, but thats about it.

They're OK for me but just average. Three OK shaves for me per blade. They're not my favorite Feathers or Personas.

They're nothing to write home about but at least they are a reasonable blade available from a local source. In a pinch, they'll work.
