Hey all, After lurking for a while on the web's varied shaving sites, I've finally gotten around to registering,and this one seemed friendliest. Anyway, I'm in my early 20s, and I've been trying to figure out how to get started with a DE. All this because I can only get 1, at most 2 shaves out of any cartridge. (Wiry hair and sensitive face) Thanks for all the great info posted up already.

Welcome! It is pretty friendly around here, isn't it? You may not get more than a couple of shaves out of a DE blade, either, but a good brand will cost you less than a good brand of cartridges. Have fun!
