Used the Speick SC I just received for the first time and really like the scent and performance of this Cream. The scent is actually milder than I expected but it is very fresh and invigorating. The Tiger Wedge slid effortlessly over the ample cushion provided by the Speick SC and the finishing touch of the British Sterling Cologne is always my favorite. Top Drawer!

Sunday Dome and Face Shave Hot Shower 1966 Gillette Slim Adjustable (set @7) VDH Boar Arko shavestick Witch Hazel English Leather Cologne Murray's Superior Pomade Two passes on the dome, 3 on the face, a great and very comfortable shave. Only last night I read some noob on Amazon complaining that he couldn't lather Arko Shavestick. This morning's shave made that all the more mysterious. If you can't lather this stuff, you should probably shave with an electric (or not at all). I've heard all the standard complaints. I know the smell doesn't agree with some but failure to lather is a totally unfounded complaint. Sounds more like operator error than product maldesign.

So far, I just tried three different blades that worked more or less the same for me, but I ordered a variety pack which I'll be getting it tomorrow. I also have another theory about this problem, could it be that I am applying the lather too tick on my face? I wonder if this is a problem experienced by anybody at all.
Very nice representation of the low price, high price, middle price and classic in between! :happy096
