    Omega Wooden Handle

    Godrej Deluxe Lime SC :love008 :love008 :love008 :love008

    Lubriderm unscented moisturizer
    JHL Cologne :love008 :love008 :love008 :love008

I had lots of shaving pleasure today from the Godrej lime scented cream, and the Burt's Bees Bay Rum balsam did a terrific job of cooling and soothing my skin. The JHL cologne is becoming my favorite--look out, Dolce & Gabbana! ;) :D

Got a BBS everywhere - except for the lower neck, which is DFS. This was a simple 3 pass shave with no touch-up effort, and no fighting the neck whisker gremlins. Very enjoyable shave today.

Enough time for nice shave, so...

Fitjar Nyasha organic soap as the pre-shave
    Fitjar Calmomilla SC
    Vie-Long horsehair brush
    Ceramic bowl
    Merkur 23C/Wilkinson Sword#4 (hand-stropped)
    nice splash of cold water

Great shave - smooth, very nice and soft lather, great glide. So soothing, I even need no aftershave after it! Love the bowl lathering, but for me it is the slower way...

    Hot Shower
    RAB Scuttle

AOS Lemon SC - Thanks Joe
    Schick Injector "66"
    Pella Blade (1)
    Cold Water Rag
    Anheb Gel
    Aeropostale Maximum Cologne

4 Passes = Meh, it was an okay shave. There is a huge difference in the comfort between a Pella blade and a freshly honed and stropped straight though. Right now, I feel like I shaved with a rusty clump of steel wool.

I gave myself a nice slice the other day with the Wapi, and since taking up straights I have not had a BBS shave in awhile, so I grabbed an injector, looking for that BBS bliss. No where to be found today.

Oh well; there is always tomorrow.

    Have a great day Ya'll!

Pre-shave Soap: Musgo Real Glyce Lime
    Razor: Merkur Futur
    Blade: Lord Platinum Class
Brush: Omega 646232 "Vivaldi" Artificial Badger
Cream: Portman Square "Notting Hill" Cream Soap
A/S: Dickinson's Witch Hazel, Ogallala Bay Rum, Limes & Peppercorns Toner

I face lathered this morning, because I was in a bit of a hurry. It was a great shave, although I still prefer bowl lathering. I really like the Portman Square lather, which is both slick and protective. The Ogallala toner provided an excellent finish before I headed out into the frigid outside air.
