Hi All, I've recently joined the forum. I have tried wet shaving before, but had to get up for work at 4:30 am so just didn't have the time. I've been retired for about 13 months now, and have gotten back into it. I use a razor and brush my wife made from Malachite and Mammoth Ivory for my Valentine's Day present. So now, each morning when I shave I am reminded of what a great gal I married. I've been using some brand x soap I got in the Giant Eagle, but just received my order of Yukihana from The Shave Store, and am looking forward to trying that tomorrow! I am a retired Deputy Sheriff (34 years), and enjoy woodworking and photography. In my younger days, I enjoyed hiking and my wife Deborah and I hiked the Appalachian Trail about 22 years ago. I look forward to participating in this forum, to learn more about available soaps and techniques. Dave
