+1 on increasing QC/QA, good to hear indeed.

I absolutely love my Berkeley but am disappointed everytime I look at it because the knot is very uneven and it looks like the top of the brush has many "craters" due to the uneven setting of the knot.

    Nav,

I'm currently on vacation but please send some pictures to my work email and I'll take a look on the 13th when I get back.

See if we can sort this issue out ...

    Best regards,

    Mark

Very nice, seeing posts like this I have no idea why there are people trying to oust you.

I do say, its a great time to be a brush enthusiast, customer service, quality and overly better products are being produced, which puts a smile on my face.

Mark, go hop on your "motorbike" enjoy the fumes and the rest of your vacation. :D

    Aaron,

    I'm an easy target ...

I make myself, the company and our products available when & where I can. Some people don't like that. It's understandable ... You can't please all of the people all of the time. Tell you what though ...

I'll give it a bloody good go though and will probably die trying!

    Best regards,

    Mark

Thanks Mark. This is exactly why I chose Simpson over any other brand when I decided to get a new brush!! Again, it's really good to hear the focus on QA/QC. My father is an experienced QA specialist and is Six-Sigma trained and it was him who told me about the importance of QA/QC in any business that wants to grow and be successful. :signs107

I will email you the pics shortly.
