Last shave I believe was Thursday, I've got a new job with our Son in law. We are starting his new Glass Company up ! We've done an 11 window house and another one where we only changed out 8 windows, then we all spent the weekend at the Cedar Creek Lake House. Just got home a little while ago and had an amazing shave with the Wester Bros on my beard and a Gem Clog Proof on the noggin, I'm as smooth all over as the bellies of the Catfish we've been slaying this weekend !

Menthol Monday: Omega Wooden Handle Super Speed/new Derby Vi-John Mentholated SC :love008 :love008 Anherb AS Conditioner :love008 :love008 :freezing :freezing Giorgio Beverly Hills EDT This was my first shave in a long time with another Indian cream besides Godrej. The Vi-John Mentholated stuff by itself is just as rich in the lather, but the menthol effect is a disappointment because it's nowhere near as strong as the one from Godrej Menthol Mist. The Anherb aftershave is not only a face-freezer, it's so soothing as well as protective. By the way, I did an ATG pass, but very lightly, and it helped to make me almost BBS.

Crrazy shave schedule over the weekend. Since I haven't posted for some time, I'll here's what I used this morning: Face: Super Speed w/ Astra SP Head: Fatboy w/ Red Persona Knotty Erlenmeyer Silvertip Palmolive Shave Stick Alum TSD ADG Type T&H 1805 Cologne Near BBS shave I get most mornings. Scent worked really well this morning. The brush shed the only hair it's lost since the first couple weeks (it's over a year old).
I decided to try lathering the soap discussed in the "thesoapguy" body soap thread after some pressure from Justin. Schick Platinum Personna 74* Knotty Badger Boar The Soap Guy Almond Cookie body soap Booster's Iced Lime (M Bombed) 4711 Ice cologne So, for those curious, the soap is not something I will use as a shave soap again. The lather was very thin, and disappeared quickly. The slickness was good though, so I managed to get a shave out of it.
Bay Rum, Bay Rum, Bay Rum. I can't get enough of it. What a heavenly smell. Merkur Progress Derby Extra blade (2) Parker badger brush Conk's Bay Rum SS Ogallala Bay Rum a/s Neutrogena a/s balm I love smelling Bay Rum on myself for the few hours after using this. Gonna have to pick up some cologne so it will last the whole day.
