Just placed my order for a Bay Rum Aftershave and 2 soaps, Coconut Lime Verbena and TSD Signature scent.

Ordered it all with EXTRA MENTHOL!

Can't wait.

BTW, I asked for extra strong Bay Rum, wonder if that's possible?

 

Nice you will no be disapointed. I have an order on the way with some creams and such. Let me know about hte signature scent i have always wanted to give it a sniff.

Extra menthol you better be ready for an icy shave. As for extra strong I have to say none of her stuff i have had has been mild scented. But she is very good to work with she might make it extra strong but i believe all of her scents are strong enough. Very strong crisp scents from what i have tried.

Osage Rub Aftershave

Also, Bay Rum with Lime from Pirate's Cove. Anyone had any experiences with these shave soaps? Any experience with the Osage rub?

The nice thing about the TSD store is you can try many different types of scents in sample form without breaking the bank! They are very high quality!

I just did the same and can't wait! I've never tried menthal and I'm stoked for my order! I ordered 3 soaps ( had to order Monkey Farts just for the name) But 2 with menthal X2, also ordered m-bomb(only great reviews) and a sub zero pre shave. Just looking to stay cool during the Florida summer.

I've been without AC at my house for a couple of weeks now. It's gonna be in the upper 90's all this week. The guy that's supposed to be installing me a new AC unit called me this afternoon and said all the parts wouldn't be in until Thursday and it would probably be Sat before he finishes the install!

On the bright side, I've got a small window unit and a BUNCH of fans! And....I've been menthing on my shaves, cold water splash to rinse, then stand in front of fan. I've seriously thought about mixing up a bathtub full of menthol and just sitting in it!

I'll be sure to post my thoughts on the products.

 

Well, I got my order yesterday. Everything with Xtra Menth! I've tried the Coconut Lime Verbena shave soap...very nice smell. Didn't shave this morning but I'm back at the fire station tomorrow so I'm going to try TSD Signature Scent shave soap in the morning. If I get a chance while I'm at work, I'll let you guys know how it is.

Great lather, easy and quick. I like the larger container it comes in. It will be nice to carry to Disney on Vacation. I can just lather directly in the container and not have to carry my mug.

Haven't tried the MBomb yet. I wanted to try the Xtra Menth 1st without it.

I also used the Bay Rum shave lotion. Nice smell and the Xtra Menth was refreshing too!

 

I wanted to give you guys an update on TSD Signature scent. I think Regan was curious about the scent.

To me, it smells a lot like Bay Rum but not quite as spicy smelling. Very nice. It also lathers very good. I added about 3 or 4 drops of MBomb to kick it up a notch!

I really like the Bay Rum shaving lotion. I added a couple of drops of MBomb in my hand and rubbed it on my face. Even had to put some more on my arms because it felt so good!

One thing worries me about the lotion. I'm wondering how easy it will be to get it all out of the bottle. It's pretty thick and has a small hole in the top. Anyone have suggestions on getting it all out when I get to the bottom? Don't want to waste any!

I also ordered the Coconut Lime with Menth X2 so sounds like that is a great choice and and can't wait to try it out! Also can't wait for the M Bomb, already have tons of ideas for it!!

 

Nice thanks for the update. I wasn't sold on the signature... however how you describe it makes me want to add it to the list of stuff to try out.

 

I just got in an order of 3 samples of aftershave milk. Man, I love 'em.

I got:

egyptian spice w/ menthol - this one is my favorite. It's got a woody and aromatic spiciness that reminds me of pumpkin pie a little bit.

cedar wood w/menthol - smells exactly like a plank of fresh-cut cedar, which is just what I wanted. You don't smell the menthol, but you feel it.

tabac type (no menthol) - yep, this smells like tabac alright, but not *exactly*. It's less pungent and slightly sweeter, but still very nice.

These were well worth the wait. They feel great after shaving, especially the ones in which I added menthol. As they dry, they leave what feels like a moist and slightly creamy layer over the skin, however your face won't look oily. I'm very impressed. I'll certainly order more when these are finished.

No problem. I've used it a couple of times and I like it. Both of the soaps have really good lather and lube qualities, and smell good to boot.

I really wanted to try some of the AS milk, but I've aquired so much stuff in such a short time that I don't think I'm really SAVING MONEY anymore!

I need to use up some of my soaps before buying more. I'm already looking into a bathroom remodel just so I can add a shave cabinet, errrr...maybe a shave closet, nooooo maybe a shave ROOM! Yeah, a shave room! Now I have to convince the wife how much money I'll be saving converting from my Mach3 Turbo to my growing multitude of DE's! Maybe a shave room would give me a place to hide my growing stash!:happy102
