  Well, I could not make it to the end of SuperSpeed Week! Sorry Lloyd!:angry017 That shave on Wednesday tore me up. Didn't report in ,but I changed blades to Crystals instead of Red Personnas. I'll never do that again. Thursday was no shave. Count me in for any adjustable week Lloyd! got a slim I can use with Red Personnas. Had to go back to the trusty Injector. Maybe tomorrow I can break out the Schick Kona to try and finish up SuperSpeed Week!

 

Had to drop SS week for a day, sorry. I got a new razor from Phil yesterday and couldn't help myself. It's the new Muhle which I've been badly wanting to try.

What can I say...These beautiful shaves are getting redundant...
Just a very simple design were everything works...and the shaves are timelessly splendid...No wonder these SS's captured the love and whiskers of so many for soooo long...

BTW the Silo Doors on this razor are like mirrors...that isn't a blemish, its the reflection of the camera...
Ohh and my wife gave me that cup and had my Dad's picture put on it, in rememberance of him on what would have been his B'day last year..

It's going to be a warm day, and I felt that I needed a menthol kick start this morning before I go out to walk dogs at the no-kill shelter. Ingram's, followed by an invigorating and fragrant splash of Alt Innsbruck, performed that duty well. It was an excellent shave from beginning to end, and I'm sure "my" dogs will be quite impressed!

Damn, what a great cream Barbon is--the lather is so rich, and just a small amount is required. It also has a nice scent, and the skincare is also great. This Ivy & Castle stuff is something I bought in a dollar store a while back, and it's not too bad. Today's shave was a smashing success!

Day 2 with the razor was another good shave. The razor paired well with the Feather blade and delivered a nice shave. No irritation, but I managed to give myself a minor weeper below my lower lip. Overall, the result is about the same as any other razor in my rotation, a nice comfortable 2 pass DFS. If your lather and technique are good this razor won't give you any trouble.

First shave with the Lady and the Godrej. Bought the Lady for my Lady and she has no interest in using it yet, but thought I would try it for SS week. Stopped in a local Indian market yesterday and found the Godrej, bought all 3. Seems like a very good cream, lots of lather plus its nice and slick.

The more I use the Treet Durasharps, the more I like them. They are extremely smooth and sharp. My only complaint is that if I leave one in a razor for a few days, it will rust. The pre-paraben ban TOBS Avocado once again delivered and I enjoyed an outstanding shave followed by a refreshing splash of Alt Innsbruck.
