Jeff, where did you get your scuttle?

 

I have two. RAB I and RAB II. RAB I is the purple scuttle I use when I bowl lather, I got it directly from Robert Becker. RAB II is the scuttle I use when I face lather because it has a narrower bore making it less desirable for bowl lathering but works great as a brush scuttle. I got RAB II in a trade with Ocharlas / Olivier.

This Hungarian-made Barbon cream has sooooooo much rich and thick, creamy lather, with a nice and fresh scent. It has no menthol in it, but its matching aftershave does, and both leave the skin feeling very smooth and clean, with a very cool sensation. I really enjoyed the shave today. :biggrin:

The AOS store gave me samples of their preshave oil and cream. I've never tried a preshave oil before. Not sure that I can tell what it did for me, but I didn't like the gummy feeling of it on my hands. The AOS cream was very nice, just a little bit whipped up into thick lather.

Did my typical 4 passes, got a nice BBS shave.
