I was guided this way from a friend on another site and I'm glad I joined. I've spent the past few hours just reading all the different post and I must say, it is very interesting. To bad there was not a site like this when I started shaving 50-years ago, it would have saved me a lot of toilet paper. At this time my razors are Edwin Jagger DE86/87 and the Feather Popular, but I pretty much stick to PRORASO soaps/creams, PRORASO pre-shave, and SPEICK After Shave Lotion.

I'm glad you found us. Welcome to the Den, I hope you enjoy your stay. Shall we be seeing some posts from you on tips you've learned over your 50+ years of shaving?
Welcome. Sounds like you got yourself some nice set up already. I plan to be similar to your low amount of gear... I just have to get there some time .
After spending the past three days reading every post I could, there is probably not a whole lot I can add that has not already been said. There is one piece of advise I can give, and I know this from experience. It's okay to shave with one grandkid in the bathroom with you, but not five of them. Trust me, an accident will surely happen.
