Friday, August 26th 2011 Razor: Wilkinson Sticky Blade: Gillette Super Platinum (Dark Blue) Brush: Simpson Ehsan Pre-Shave: Musgo Real Glyce Lime Soap: AOS Sandalwood A/S: Alt Innsbruck The Valobra soaps are excellent and AOS Sandalwood (made by Valobra) is a real treat. The Ehsan ginned up some 1st rate lather -slick, rich and cushioning while the Sticky paired with a Dark Blue 7 O'Clock blade made quick work of my stubble. I enjoyed a BBS shave followed by a refreshing splash of Alt Innsbruck. Very nice!
Gillette HD Rocket Lada blade Simpson Duke The Shave Den Yukihana Soap Mandom Aftershave Lotion First shave with a Lada. May be the combination with the razor, but I was not happy with it. It seemed dull to me. Might try it again tomorrow in another razor.

Nick, how do you like the Personna Med Prep Blades? Have you ever used a Feather blade in your razor?

Johnny - I've used them both, and prefer the Personna Med Prep Blades. They're a bit smoother and nearly as sharp as the Feather Blades.

Friday's shave: EJ DE 89L Gillette super thin Platinum Omega 48 boar home boosted SOTQ B3 Skin Bracer cooling (what a lie) blue AS A super fine shave this afternoon folks! I really like the scent of the Skin Bracer Cooling Blue but I honestly don't feel menthol in it. I am almost about to run out of the sample bottle I won during the PIF wars earlier this year so when I get a bottle I'm going to have to ice it up pretty good just to spite the name! All in all, 4 outta 5 blades today.
I have 2 but both were gifts, so ??? A quick google search revealed a plethora of shopping choices though. Good Luck!

Saturday: Omega Wooden Handle Super Speed/Voskhod day 3 Tibet Forest Fresh SC Svoboda AS Balsam : Chabrawichi 555 Cologne It's been a while since I used my Tibet Forest Fresh cream, so I decided to go with it this morning, and I'm happy I did. It has a fabulous lather, as well as a very generous amount of menthol. The scent is quite nice, although my wife says it smells like a cheap disinfectant. After my shave I enjoyed the cooling and soothing from the Svoboda balsam. Here's a photo of the Tibet cream.
