No, pics of a pretty princess on a teal plate. ;)

Suffering a headache today, so I haven't taken pics of the gorgeous plate Dale sent me, and which arrived today.
    But I will.

Thanks a bunch, Dale! It is awesome! :love055:
I'll have to see if I can find a plate stand next time I'm at a store.

    Wow. It got there quickly.

I'm glad you like it. I think it turned out well.

O.K. I have finally received my Scuttle from Robert Becker. It is excellent when matched with the existing Bathroom Caddy.

    Very nice RAB Scuttle!

Now, word of caution! Pay close attention to the handle where it joins with the tank! The handle on my RAB scuttle with the brush soaker is starting to separate! I am sure this is due to the handle being small and having a lot of weight to support once full of water. I will be reinforcing the handle on mine to fix it. In the meantime, I am picking mine up by grippig the main body.

Thanks for the information. I noticed how thin the handle is. Lift from bottom.

Yalp! But, that is a nice looking brush in the background! Is that the Kim Synthetic? I swear the knot looks the same as the TGN Synthetic. Very nice brush for me.

Yeah, Frank Shaving, that is what I meant. I am certain that the knots are sourced from the same place. It is a great brush for sure!

Agreed, and I think some other higher priced brushes may share this same knot.

I don't have much use for a scuttle, but man that blue is beautiful.

I always love the Tuckaway -- especially when it is this pristine & cased & boxed. What a classy early 20th century shaving implement from that master of shaving tools. A prototype of someone's heritage design perhaps...

Another recent acquisition -- the highly esteemed British made Rocket HD. This is such a utilitarian razor & one that every DE shaver should own -- or at least try out & see how smooth and comfortable a DE razor can be.

Great case and fine heft and balance -- too bad this set is missing the blade set and shipper.

Just like out of the time machine.

Nickel plated but with a fit and finish like the finest rhodium plated Aristocrats. Try this razor -- you're really going to love it. And if you already know it -- don't you love using it?
