Girly Goat Peppermint Shave Soap (Purchased from the Faramers Market from a local vendor, lathering was difficult at first till I had the water ratio worked out after that the Omega 48 lathered it up great, good slickness, had a great peppermint smell like peppermint candy, give the face a nice refreshing tingle.)
    Omega48
    Gillette Slim Adjustable

Personna Magic Razor w/ Voskhod (2)
    Merkur Progress @ 2.5 w/ Voskhod (3)
    EJ Best Badger
    AOS Lavendar PreShave Oil
    C.O. Bigelow Shave Cream
    Nivea Sensitive Post Shave Balm

Starting to get the hang of it - my clean up pass took off much less hair than yesterday as two passes with the Magic Razor took care of nearly everything. The chin was probably the biggest obstacle, followed by the inner part of the neck. But overall pretty good.

The other item of discussion for today's shave is the brush. Edwin Jagger Best Badger, probably had 5 lathers so far. Great feeling brush, much softer than I thought (not too much backbone though), and stylish to boot. However, it seems to be shedding waaay more than it should be. During my first test lather it probably lost upwards of 15 hairs, and each shave after that it has been losing between 2 and 4 more. Compare that to my TGN Silvertip which lost 1 during the test lather, and in the past 9 months has probably lost another 3 total, that's a high number. Hopefully all the loose hairs are out by now, other than that it really is a great brush.

I still have Iridiums. I can't tell a difference between them. I'm not sure what that's worth, but they are both very sharp and smooth.

    Sunday 4 September

    Starbucks, Italian Roast, Black
Gillette (super speed I think), w/ Red IP
    Palmolive SC, menthol (italian)
    Berkley 46, face lather
    Alcolado Glacial-proraso ASB

A very nice three pass shave, DFS+. Getting better every time. The Italian menthol palmolive sc was very nice and cooling.
