My clear glass Clix hone is on the left side of one of my earlier haul pics below, in front of the Clix razor.
There were many different styles of these glass hones. I find them fascinating, but haven't had the same experience in blade improvement as the OP. I have tried several, and continue to pick them up when I come across them. For those that figure you can use a drinking glass - well the Velvet folks thought so too!
