    Omega Wooden Handle
Parker 22R/Nacet (not sure which day)
Bozzano Sensitive SC :love029: :love029: :smiley freezing: :smiley freezing:
Svoboda AS Balsam :love029: :love029: :smiley freezing: :smiley freezing:
    JHL Cologne

I cannot remember the last time I used my Parker 22R, but it's definitely been too long. Although it's quite a bit more aggressive than my Super Speed, it still gives me great shaves without any problems. I just use a more conservative technique. This Bozzano Sensitive cream and Svoboda balsam are wonderful. ;)

    Razor
    : Dovo Best Quality 6/8
    Brush: Omega Boar
    Soap: Institut Karite
A/S: Booster June Clover and Pinaud Clubman

I was nice and awake this morning (unlike the last 2 days), so I felt up to a straight razor shave. The Dovo did not disappoint (it never does) and delivered a nice shave in three passes. I doubled up on the aftershaves (using Booster in place of witch hazel) because the scents compliment each other. I like Booster aftershaves (and I am working through several samples I got via the Grab Bag last year), but their scent doesn't last long on me at all. The Clubman provided the perfect finish to help me start my day!

    Gillette Black Handle
Omega Monster (don't know the model...it just huge though)
    Red Personna
TSD Pumkin Delight (the last bit)
    Proraso White ASB

Well a decent shave this morning after a rather frustrating and boring night last night! I just did 2 passes, and ended up pretty smooth! The TSD was a delight to use, and I look forward to using my other ones. It was a great start to the day!!

Well it was a quick morning shave, and on the first pass I cut myself pretty hard on the chin. Bled all over the place. Kind of deep, made quite the mess.
Well that kind of cut the shave short (pun intended). Quickly finished the second pass, even the nick stick wouldn't stop the bleeding. I was driving for about an hour this morning holding tissues to my chin.

Thats what I get for rushing, so no picture today.

    Thursday, November 17, 2011 - Today's the day!
    1. Prep: Hot shower; hand strop blade
    2. Coffee: Locally roasted, fresh ground Tanzanian Peaberry w/ cream
    3. Lather: C.O. Bigelow - face lather
    4. Brush: Vulfix 2234
    5. Razor: Gem HFT
    6. Blade: Pella SS PTFE coated (4); 3 passes
    7. Post: Warm water rinse; cold water splash; Bio-Oil; Clubman Talc
Excellent results on the face lather today! I typically get a great lather for the first pass while the 2nd & 3rd are thinner yet still very effective. Today the 2nd and 3rd passes were much better with less water left in the knot upon cleanup. Thanks for the squeeze tip Aaron as that definitely helped. Sometimes we forget the simplest things and I'm very thankful to have this place to help me out. Cheers to all the lovely denizens of 'da Den!

Shave Rating - Splendidly Sublime. God Bless!
