And if they are out of the 2011 R-41, one of the other models is the same just with a different handle. I think Aaron (sodapopjones) has that one if you need the model #.
As far as the r41 goes, there are lots of deals and places to get it. This thread is about the R41 Grande with the longer handle. Not that wide circulation yet.
Yes, I have the R102, white regular handle. The Grande needs an acrylic version, I don't really like the webbed chrome handle, I find the acrylic to be the better handle; its grippy for no knurling.
Is connaught legit? $21 for a r-41? Are these seconds? Do they combine shipping? I can literally get 2 for the price of one.
Yes, they are legit. Got mine from there. Don't know about combined shipping. I believe it's based on weight. Not really sure though. My R41 totaled $36 and some change shipped from them to me in Mississippi
Yep, like Jody said, they are legit. I got mine from there. Took nearly a month for mine to arrive from England to Maryland (customs, NOT Connaught!), but I payed nearly half of other places.
A month? That was my next question. I wonder if Xmas delivery is possible. I can get my bro-in-law an HD and I can get a R41 for what I paid for his HD.
I've ordered from Connaught many times over the years. The normal delivery time is a week. Christmas delivery may be pushing it, but you can email the proprietor and ask him.
That was my experience. I recall several other saying they got theirs MUCH faster than I got mine but it all comes down to the path it takes through customs to get to you.
I ordered from Razor Blades and More and for $67 I got the razor and 50 blades. I mean yes it can be had cheaper but after Connaught was out of stock when I pulled the trigger, I did not even hesitate to buy from an American vendor. I was originally for 40 blades, but they kicked in another 10 blades. This means alot to me. But again just my $0.02 worth.
