I dont think its the greatest looking razor by any means..... The coating on the head sounds like a great idea but I would have stuck with an all black razor to match. The handle looks like its unfinished and sloppy from what we can compare to in the iKon and Feather razors. Might grab one to try but for now ill stick with my EJ DE89!! ;)

The handle is actually made very well, but I use a BRW handle on mine. Weber is also working on using the black DLC on the handle too so soon there will be a version that is all black.

The head is slicker than nickle or chrome IMO and gives a very good shave. A notch or so above the EJ89 in aggressiveness.

Nice looking razor. The black head is definitely different, looks striking.

Finally got my Weber! I love it. It reminds me of the Merkur 38c-perhaps a bit smoother. More aggressive than the EJ89, and very slightly less aggressive
than the Merkur 38c. The handle is very nice and long with a great solid grip. I used an Iridium blade which surely added to the smoothness. The Weber
will become a frequent go to razor for me. I have so many frickin' razors that means I'll probably use it once/month.

  11. Made in U.S.A. Love it!!! Everything that Americans use should be made here in America! Will definitely be buying when they're back in stock.

Just fired up the "grill" for the first time this morning. Still working my way though a sample pack and put a fresh Astra SS in for a direct comparison with my EJ DE89. I'm still very much a newbie at this (less than a month) but have to say, I really liked the Weber! It will be fun alternating between the two as I gain additional experience.
