The King Louis was jammin' so I went 4 passes. Terrific shave tonight. During the cold water risnse, I saw a vision of newborn babies riding butt naked on unicorns eating chocolate pudding. It's Friday folks!! Have a safe weekend.

feather as feather blade (#4) Is there a difference between the yellow and black hi stainless? proraso green tub omega badger proraso asb DFS. 1 pass against the grain and a little touch up here and there. I get pretty decent shave out of the feather yellow blades for some odd reason. i've heard there is no difference but so far the yellows seem to shave better and they also seem to hold an edge better *shrug* i dont know.
Friday: Omega Wooden Handle Super Speed/Wilkinson Sword day 2 Florena SC De Vergulde Hand AS Balsam Obsession For Men EDT BBS again, in fact smoother than I've been all week. The Florena cream has always been a favorite of mine because it not only smells great and lathers richly, it leaves my skin feeling so comfortable. The De Vergulde Hand balsam is also VERY moisturizing and soothing.
Friday Hot Shower(soak brush in cup,Savile Row 3824) Feather Preshave balm Speick shave stick Weber SS/Astra SP (3) Cold Water Rinse Monster Block Alum(clean brush,razor,police area) Cold Water Rinse Speick splash mixed with a pea sized amount of 444 I did a face and head shave with the Weber and had a great BBS shave all around,no weepers.I guess pilot error or Astra SP first usage was the cause of last weeks weeperfest.I notice that the Astras can be a lil unforgiving the first shave but second and third shaves seem to smooth them out.

Harris sandalwood splash I did it again, for the second time this week I didn't change the set up, so even the pic is the same hehe. The Gillette is a really nice razor, but tomorrow I think I'll try the EJ DE89, it keeps looking at me with bright shimmering eyes plating. DFS
I've only been wetshaving for about a month now, and today was by far my most enjoyable shave; hence the long winded excited newbie post Merkur HD 34C w/ new Shark TBS Synthetic brush TBS Shave Oil C&E Nomad cream Adidas Ice Dive AS (just a splash 'n slap) C&E Nomad AS balm I tried a prep method I read about here, I think it was referred to as the 'fritz', maybe. Instead of Noxema & his oil mixture, I used Spectra Gel and straight up EV olive oil (all I had that seemed to compare and I had my heart set on trying the method lol), along with a soaking HOT towel, all in the shower; nice! Super slick 3 pass W/X/A, resulting in what I consider a DFS. No nicks or cuts and only a couple of rough patches. Something strange though; although my neck ended up as close as I have ever shaved it, I still ended up with some red dots - it feels great, no irritation, no burn, no blood, just red dots. Oh, and just because I had such an awesome morning, I included my hair stuff in my photo - Lucky 13 White Lightning pomade + stiff Kent palm brush = SLICK 'n SHINY! Finished it off with some Ed Hardy edt, and I'm feelin' Fresh-to-Death! TGIF everyone!

She is a beauty and I'll be using her and her sisters more in my shaving rotations. While it is a milder shave than my Lord gives me, these girls deserve some love too. I'm going to go with Steve's strategy and use one blade and rotate the one blade through the herd rather than having 7 different blades going at once. Too much to keep up with! Now, on a personal note ... I am super excited that I get to see one of my nieces today!! Her and her girlfriend are flying in from Oklahoma and are spending the weekend here in Lakeland and then heading to Port Canaveral on Monday for their cruise. It will be nice to get to spend some time with them both. So, every one have a spectacular day and make it count!
FRIDAY Valet-Feather combo Muhle R106 Gillette Spoiler The Colonel Proraso Soap (Green) Proraso AS First shave in 3 days, hence the valet/feather. I used it to clear the growth on the first pass, then I picked up the Muhle. A pretty Decent shave this morning! I did a 3-pass shave because I have a very important meetin at another location with one of our controllers (more news to come ), and I figured since I need a haircut, I might as well go there clean-shaven so I don't look like a total bum. Like always The Colonel and my tub of Proraso did not let me down! It was a great shave this morning! DFS+++
