The Haul: February 6th - February 12th, 2012

Haven't snapped a pic just yet, but got in a full 250 count box of Polsilvers! Along with that super awesome PIF win, I am having a good month!

 

Picked up my pre-order of Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning yesterday from EB Games (PS3). It came with a bunch of downloadable content that I installed right away. I had played throught the demo a few times and loved it! My goal is to be a Dokkalfar Shadowcaster! Nothing better than a dark elf assasin that can cast and summon minions to help in combat!

 

Yeah, my guess as well, an old type. And I see the dillemma. Sterkte! (best of luck)

 

Well, at least they both fit in with the theme week

 

I just got another Lady Gillette- this time I got the pink star.

Now if I could just find the champagne-colored one to compete the set...

 

Cool! The champagne one was the hardest for me to acquire, followed by the pink and then the dark blue. The light blue was the easiest.

 

There's a dark blue?

 

Nice razor Sara! The stars and handle still have a lot of color left. Most of the ones I see are faded.

I have all four of the Lady Gillettes. The light blue, the dark blue, the pink and the champagne ... I think the pink might be my favorite.

 

Well then, I need 2 more to complete the set. I didn't know there was a dark blue.

 

Got this mint Schick I1 Injector. So clean it almost looks unused.

 

The difference can be hard to see in pix. The dark blue is darker than the light blue, but it is not dark blue, it is maybe a royal blue?

Perhaps Shawna will parade them by for us???

I told myself no purchases this year, but I picked up a backup Barbasol razor of the bay this week. Shortly there after, I got a pm saying that the razor had a bit of brassing and he wanted to send me a nicer one. I told him that it wasn't necessary, but thanked him none the less. He doesn't post much here, but Staxchipwell gets a big shout out for that gracious act. He also included a tuck of Astra SP blades for me. Many thanks for a positive transaction. Received the razor, gave it a little cleaning and used it this morning. Man I love the Barbasol razors.

 

I got my shave a buck order in today! I'm like a kid in a candy store and I cant wait to try it all. also im not sure who runs shave a buck but im thoroughly impressed with the service and the extra mile.

 

Got this in from Italy yesterday. hmhmhm, nice, I like it.
