Thursday 16th February Hot shower and facial scrub Proraso Preshave cream Feather Artist Club SS Semogue SOC Boar P160 Soap Alum Block followed by Proraso Liquid ASB Floid Original AS BBS with 2 passes and some touchup. The P160 is a great performer. I don't use it often enough. It does however give my face a bit of a tingle. No obvious adverse effects, but my usual Vitos lathers as well without the strange feeling!
Thursday's Shower and Shave Hot Shower with Razorock Ginseng bar soap Omega "48" was due up for today's lathering, selected TSD Sweet Tea. The "48" did a superior job lathering. My new learned technique brought the lathering up a notch. It is amazing how a small tweak can make difference. Today it was day three for the Gold Tech and Ladas battery. The tandem working with the lather did an excellent job shaving Post shave includes a polar water splash, facial toning with Thayer's Witchhazel. To complete a great shave Kapo Balm The :wave:were excitedly rated this DFS a stellar 10. Hope everyone's week is going great.

Thursday Morning! Pre: Hot Shower Razor: Merkur 23c Blade: Supermax Super Platinum (3) Cream: Proraso Brush: Omega 10005 Post: Thayers WH, Cold Rinse, RSC ASB Overall a decent shave, with a couple nicks due to my carelessness. I think the blade is starting to show wear as well. Who knows. Have a good day all!
Thursday Muhle R106 The Colonel Dorco 301 Proraso Green Soap Proraso AS Day 1 of my 5 day weekend! Took my wife to the airport for noon and she is now on her way to Toronto for a wedding. The shave this morning was great! My daughter was up and sat with me as I shaved, telling me absolutely everything that her little mind could think of. The Dorco blade felt fairly rough, but not to the point of being uncomfortable. The Proraso...simply marvelous! It was a good shave with no irritation!
Merkur 23C/Green 7OC SS#2 Vie-Long horsehair brush Valobra shave stick Nivea AS splash Nice and smooth!
Thursday Merkur 38C + Rapira P.160 + Omega Mighty Midget Cold Water Rinse + Old Spice Classic A/S Great shave this morning, was going to retire the blade for my face, so this afternoon after I got my new beret and cap badge sewn on, I used the 38C and Rapira to shave that as well, did a great job of cleaning it up quickly on both the inside and outside. Who says it's just about shaving body parts around here
Yeah I got a small sample several months back and this is only about the third time I've used it. It is definitely not my favorite. Like the smell, love the lather, but I get the irritation too. About an hour after this shave I was putting Alcolado Glacial on to cool the burn. Guess I probably need to just let it go.
Thursday: Razor: Merkur 38C Blade: Wilkinson Sword Brush: Best Badger Soap: Williams A/S: Gillette Coolwave
Hot shower, Hot towel. Proraso Pre-Shave Cream Merkur 34c with a Feather (Awesome!) Adidas Pulse AS Nivea Cool Kick ASB First time it's been an AWESOMELY smooth shave. As far as the actual shaving goes. I loved it
Yeah, it's a shame when a soap smells and performs great and just when you think you're all set, an irritation starts. That can really stop that soap from being a keeper.
