Lather was not the best of the best, and I couldn't hack my regular ATG pass either, so the closeness is not there. Ended up with a fair bit of burn, and some spots on my neck, but now, 2 hours later, I don't feel much. I am also inclined to think that the Voskhod may have had something to do with it, being not as sharp as my favored Polsilvers, and 7 O'Clock Yellows. Have a good day!

Well it has been one of those for me. My stropping wasn't as smooth as normal, I almost dropped my Old Spice Mug and lather water, and I didn't load the brush long enough and the lather was subpar for me. Thankfully the Williams is one of the slickest soaps available so I was still able to salvage a good shave. Really, how can the Williams Warrior have a hard time with Williams Mug Soap?!!?? Also I smacked my head on the roof of the car this morning getting in, so I'm completely befuddled and I'm going to take a good nap and hope the afternoon goes better since I'm off today.

The fat felt awesome. I've had trouble lately getting it to where I want it, but today everything came together beautifully and I am really pleased. Highlight of the morning was after putting on the Citrus Musk and finishing up in the bathroom, I went into our bedroom to get dressed and with my wife half asleep she said, "Mmmm, you smell good." Yeah baby! This coming from someone who is 9 and a half months pregnant and couldn't stand the smell of any of my stuff for several months. Time to mysteriously acquire ASAD.

Tuesday 21st February Facial scrub with Veleiro Preshave Soap Proraso Preshave cream Ford & Medley 333 5/8 razor Vulfix 18 Pure Badger Brush Mitchell's Wool Fat Soap Simple Facial toner followed by Simple Moisturiser Lavanda Cologne I haven't used the Vulfix 18 for years. I used to love it during the time when Boar brushes were not my weapon of choice. Had to work a little longer on the Mitchell's.....but got there in the end! Todays shave was three pass DFS+. Not sure that I needed any moisturiser......MWF is good enough on its own, but old habits die hard.

Tuesday's Shower and Shave Hot shower with Razorock Ginseng bar shop. Participating in the MWF theme week. LuJin badger whipped up a mound of MWF this morning. Chose the Fat Boy with a Persona Red dialed in to #6. The Fat Boy with the Red and MWF, combined to make a great shave. After three passes, a few touch-ups, I splashed my face with polar water. Afterwards I applied Thayer's Witchhazel and to finsh a great shave Fitness balm. :wave:rated this DFS a exceptional 10 Everyone have a great day. spring training is here, can not wait for the baseball season to start.

She couldn't use it for painting, she said . I cleaned it yesterday evening so I could use it this morning. It is amazingly soft and surprized me by holding loads of water (much more than my Wilkinson Sword badger / boar brush, which is less soft as well). It is a keeper! The Gillette Flare tip Rocket is a joy to use. I have had the pleasure of using it today for the third time and it amazes me how easy it slices through the stubbles. Again a really easy DFS ++!
