I'm a little disappointed in the haul today. I bought the razor on ebay as the advertised date code (T2) was my birth year/quarter; even the pictures on the auction looked to match the description. However, upon receipt, the 2 is definitely a 4. Kinda bummed as I only bought it because it was my birth year/quarter. I emailed the seller and we'll see what happens. I have no problem keeping it to appease my RAD, as this razor is in mint condition and I dont have a black handle TTO yet.

Also figured I better buy a bittle Floid Blue before Johnny ends up with it all.

Notice the stain on the antique sewing machine wood? I never noticed it before, very cool.

Simply beautiful. I love that porcelain MWF set, I really hope I get that from my wife for my birthday. And some Floid...at this point I want both because I have no clue about the scents but if I hate them....well someone here will love it!

Found an Ever Ready 200 in red and black last year in an antique shop. Never really like the lathers that the original knot produced, so decided to have it upgraded. Had a buddy replace the knot with a TGN 24mm finest badger. Well, I've gotten to lather it up about 4 times now, and its preformed fantastically! I would call this my first "high" end brush, and boy am I glad I decided to have this done. I believe this will quickly become the number 1 brush in my rotation.

MWF to me has a classic/original smell. I picture old school barber shop. Similar to Erasmic cream.

Floid Blue... Wow! I can see why Johnny was stock piling this stuff! I'm too young and too late to wet shaving! This has become my favorite a/s. I have 2 bottles and don't way to use them because I don't want to lose such an amazing product.

First mail in the new house, was my 1963 I-1 Gillette Slim Adjustable. This thing is in IMPECCABLE condition, was worth every penny and it surprised me how flawless it was. Adjustment and butterfly mechanisms work perfectly too.

Getting up early tomorrow to test it out. I just finished setting up most of my shave den. I'll end up getting a couple of pics of it for my Medicine Cabinet thread tomorrow once it's all completed. Sad that I love the house for the shave den I have LOL.
