2nd Anniversary of Traditional Wet Shaving I want to thank everyone in the Den, for making the last two years, fun, a learning experience. I want to thank everyone that has PIFed me products in the last years. I want to thank everyone for all they do to make this forum so great. Hats off to the admin., the moderators for their hard work. The past two weeks have been hectic, last week it was a sick puter. On Monday, we moved all our belongings out. They came in painted our apartment, laid new carpet, and flooring. Yesterday we spent the day putting our apartment in order. No picture for today's shave. Hot Shower, JuLin Badger,Mystery brand soap, Gillette Gold Tech, Asco, Thayer's Witch Hazel. A really nice DFS with only two passes.

The Duckling did it again! DFS++. On one spot. As for the rest? BBS!
Love this little razor. Have to be careful when loading a blade as the fit isn't precise & the handle can be slippery, but a great performance!

This is some of the best cream I have ever used. Holy Schmolly, lathered real nice and smelled teriffic. Just one pass XTG for a DFS. Can't wait to do a 3 pass with this cream.

I really like the Burt's Bees shaving cream as a pre shave! It is a cheap product I buy from Target and it works well as a lubricant. If you have not tried it I would highly recommend.

Beautiful shave. It's exactly like riding a bike, first time with a straight razor in 4 years and it was a DFS. The honemeister I bought it from did an excellent job, it could cut through time so it was all effortless. I think I'm going to strop the hell out of my Astrale tonight though since that one is "factory shave ready"....
