  4. I'm not a Doctor Who fan but I thought that episode was pretty cool.

Now going for a run in the sunshine - gonna listen to a couple of songs I downloaded and then listen to Joe Rogan's podcast. :happy005:

  7. Well, this is awesome news... It looks like I just earned my "addicted" trophy for 1,000 posts. Wow! That flew by!

Where to start with this.... I thought your addiction to herring and cheddar would have earned you a "trophy" long before now.
Time "flying" by is probably the best you can hope for...... :innocent

  14. Went Geocaching with my family! We had a great time and found all 3 that we were looking for. My girls loved picking out the 'treasure' we got to keep! It was a great night with the family! :)

  17. Two things:
    1) I received some Invisible Shoes a couple days ago and finally figured out how to tie them so I can run in them. Will take some getting used to before I put in any real distance though.
    2) Went for a "slow" run tonight, taking it easy the whole way. Came home to discover I ran it near my PR time (8:33 mile pace). From those who have run much longer than I have, I understand such runs usually signal the start of a period of improved speed.

  19. What in the world...how...what is...but...what are those things? Haha, do they work? We should start a running/fitness thread where we can discuss these "awesome" issues and more!
