This is my last brush for a while. 22mm, Grade A Silver Tip (TGN), temporarily set at 50mm. We'll see how I like it before it's glued permanently. I guess the inspiration is obvious. I have been toying with the idea of a Chubby style in 26mm or 28mm, though. Pic is pre bloom. free image hosting
That one is a beauty! It reminds me of the LE that Simpson came out with. It looks very elegant in the ivory and with the grains! Honestly....it's amazing! Well done!
Very nice. These post make me want to throw caution to the wind buy a lathe and spend a fortune screwing up all the blanks I can find...
That's pretty much what it takes. LOL. And remember it isn't finished until it's off the lathe and in your hand. As long as it's on the lathe I consider it broken or one tiny little mistake away from being broken.
I have thought about that too, since I just love crafts. The only thing stopping me is that I just don't have a space where I could work with a lathe.
