Tip with against the grain...SUPER SHORT STROKES! Also, try diagonal lines around the chin, works for me; might for you.
Got the Tabac in the mail today. I can hardly wait to put it to use in the morning. I will have to try really short strokes ATG.

And it has begun. Just won an auction on eBay for a'46-'49 Aristocrat. Need something for my travel bag, left town in a hurry Saturday and although I brought the rest of my kit I left my razor on the sink. Still did the pre shave and tabac, but had to borrow a cartridge razor from my brother.
