I stumbled across this on the internet late last week and was really curious. It's basically an electric DE razor, called the "Electro-Shav", seemingly from a long time ago... First time seeing it. Probably the same principle as the Stahly, a wind up DE that vibrates the razor head. I have one and I've used it. Can't say I was overly impressed with the vibrating feature, although even without the vibrating, it gives a decent shave. hmmm... maybe time to load up the Stahly for tomorrow's shave.
Electric safety razors come on two types, those that vibrate, and those that heat. Not sure what this one is. EDIT: This one apparently Oscillates (vibrates).
