    Shower
Bath Soap: Dr. Bronner's Lavender Mild Castille Soap
Shampoo/Conditioner: Avalon Organics Lemon Clarifying Conditioner w/Shea Butter
Shampoo/Conditioner: Avalon Organics Lemon Clarifying Shampoo w/Shea Butter
Facial Wash: Neutrogena Razor Defense Facial Scrub
Deodorant: Crystal Stick Mineral Salt Body Deodorant
    Shave
Razor: Feather Artist Club DX Japanese Style Non-Folding Razor ACD-N
Razor Blades: Feather Pro Guard Blades for Feather ACD-N
Razor: Merkur 500 Progress Adjustable Double Edged Safety Razor Chrome
Razor Blades: Super-Max Double Edge Super Stainless Razor Blades (India)
Brush: Crabtree & Evelyn Edwin Jagger Made Brass & Faux Ebony Best Badger Shave Brush
Bowl: Mitsuwa 6" Beige shallow hand thrown Japanese bowl with side rest
Shave Cream/Soap: Taylor of Old Bond Street Avocado Shave Cream
    Technique: WTG (Feather)/WTG (DE)/Cleanup (ATG)
    Post Shave
    Styptic: Col. Conk Styptic Pencil
    Styptic: Tulumba Alum Block
    Aftershave: Thayer's Witch Hazel Aftershave
Aftershave Talc: Pinaud Clubman Aftershave Talc

Result: 2.5/5.0 First time I've had to use a styptic in a while. Lousy shave. Too many things going on my mind and was totally distracted. By the time I was done, I had 3 weepers. One required a styptic pencil. I didn't rough my face up too bad, I just fazed out and next thing you know it, blood appearing. I'll heal. On a good note, Taylor of Old Bond Street Avocado Shave Cream is wonderful as usual.

    Isaac...

    how was the shave ??

    Shave b4 bed:
    Simpsons "Special" brush
    Golden Slant + Feather
    Hot Towel Treatment at sink
Erasmic shave cream (no way as good as the soap !)
    WWR
    CWR
Thayers Rose Petal Witch Hazel Spritz
L'Occitane 100% Shea butter followed by extreme doses of Old Spice Classic AS Splash

Me thinks the Slant + Feather combo aint 1/2 bad if the Feather is a shave or 2 old.
I put a 3 day old Feather in the Slant and the shave was pretty decent

Some minor tugging & pulling on this, the 3rd (4th?) shave with the BIC. Still, a smooth shave and no irritation. Many thanks to Steve for the opportunity to try these out :D

You gotta get a pic of this set up when you can. Sounds like the set up i used a couple months ago when i first entered this Wet Shave World. Although i did go for the Aqua Velva even then.

Yeah. Unfortunately, courtesy of the USPS, it arrived with the handle broken.:sad023

Fortunately the scuttle itself is in fine shape. Ansgar's is worth every penny.
Best source of warm lather I've found:signs021:love029

Not even on my death bed:D

I had to be very careful with the multi blade since I have not used one in a long time. The soap was very good but the brush was rough. At the suggestion of my homeboy I am making a emergency backup kitt to stay in the travel car at all times.
