BBS though I have an ingrown hair on my cheek from a couple of days ago. Any suggestions?

 

Very nice shave this morning. I haven't used Tabac soap in quite a while so the scent of the SC was a real treat (first time out with the cream). This cream is a little different from most, it seems like you get more of a soap lather, a dense yogurt type rather than billowy. I used a bit more cream than normal but was rewarded with a fine shave, excellent protection and the great Tabac scent.......or not. Have a good one.

I´m waiting that Axe will bring the "Chilled" series to Europe (especially Germany ).Would like to try them out... It seems that the are very good because you used them often in the last days (weeks).Makes me very curious..

Today was a quick one with no picture since its my daughter's Birthday and we were running out the door with all the things we have planned.

Preshave - Shower, Nivea Face Wash
Soap - Pyrate Cove Lime
Brush - Omega Boar
Blade - Vokshod (2)
Razor - X4 Gillette SS
A/S - Alum Block, Clubman Vanilla

Great 3 pass DFS. I had previously had trouble getting a lather with the Pyrate Cove and I decided to try building the lather right on the puck and then go right to the face. Normally i'm a bowl latherer but this combo worked wonders. It even made me wonder if I should be trying more soaps that I have been having trouble lathering with this method. The lather was awesome. Gave me a DFS best part was NO weepers, nicks, or irritation. Plus the lime scent was awesome.

DE89/R89 are superb mild razors capable of great shave without any effort,highly recommended

Sorry for your loss Lyndon. there is nothing worse than losing a family member, especially one as loyal as Charlie. People who do not have dogs do not realize that a dog is THE example of pure, unadulterated, and unconditional love a person can ever experience.
We have 2 little ones, and they are more important to us than anything else on the earth.
I hope it gets easier to cope with the loss as time goes by.

A classy end to a week of great shaves. Tomorrow, I will be packing up for a week of traveling and will be forced to use only one razor on my trip. I will really miss my scuttle and the warm shaves it provides as well as the variety of choices that a well stocked shave cabinet offers each morning. I hope that I can post each day on the road but, it was really difficult last trip. I will be checking the site whenever I can so, keep those great shaves and razor eye candy coming as I really enjoy those great pics!

So do the axe products honestly have a cooling effect? I tried their mentholated body wash one time and it was a huge disappointment. But these other ones are good?

Luke, the Axe Chilled face wash has a definite cooling effect especially if you leave it on your face for a couple of minutes. The aftershave gel is VERY cooling and invigorating. It's also very moisturizing and soothing.
