Went to the barber today. Got a GREAT cut, a tapered neck and sides and a classic side part. Looking great, and he does a good job. Very small shop, he's the only barber and been doing it for 40 years. $11 for a cut!

Came home and gave myself a hot shave. 3 passes with the 'crat / titanium combo was all that was needed, and shaved my back of neck also. Splash of witch hazel, rub some Nivea with menthol crystals in, and I feel so good.

Very nice shave. After I figured out of how to hone this nice blade, it never disappoints! Narrow, long, hollow ground with paper-thin lower part of the blade, square point style. I really like how it performs - a sound feedback and very "close" feeling. Straights are great!

I don't know how much smoother than this I could have gotten because I'm so BBS. It felt good to use this Pascale Menthol cream from Bulgaria, which my dear friend Veli sent me - it's not a face-freezer, but it still gives enough of a cooling effect. The Tabiano gel is the same way - very mild cooling and very moisturizing and soothing, and the Alt Innsbruck gave me that final frigid kick that I love.

So far I'm finding this particular Green O'clock very similar to the O'clock Blacks, very smooth and sharp,to be honest I don't know if I could tell the difference in a shave test,also don't know if they last as long as the Blacks.The Blacks give me 5 face and dome shaves.
