    Rather fast but smooth shave:
    4/8 Rebell from herzi
    Vie-Long horsehair brush
    De Vergulde Hand soap
    Cold water splash
DVH just shines! My staple favorite on par with Tabac.

It's very cold, but the Rub is still colder. On the other hand, the Barbon perhaps has better skincare. :)

    SOTD Thursday evening

Prep: Hot water splash, Shave Secret
    Razor: Gem Featherweight
    Blade: CVS Personna
    Soap: Williams
    Brush: AOS pure badger
Shave: 3 passes with cleanup on neck and chin
Post: Cold water splash, Thayer's lavender witch hazel, Axe Chilled ASG
    Pomade: Murray's Superior
    Cologne: John Varvatos Vintage

First ever shave with a Gem and it was fantastic, so sharp and smooth. Also first time ever with Williams and it lathered amazingly and I had more than enough for my shave. The Axe Chilled ASG is surprisingly good and has excellent skincare. Can't wait to shave again!

Glad to hear that Featherweight worked out for you. Makes me very happy someone is enjoying it. Also glad to hear I'm not the only one that uses Williams.

I dont understand the bad rep on Williams, lathered like a fiend for me! :)

I don't have any problems lathering it either but I do think it has a strange smell. The old formula didn't smell like this and I have no idea why they changed it.

Erik Redd Lizabeth, baby, I'm comin' to join ya.

Been on a business trip, the Wednesday and Thursday shaves were

E2 injector with Schick blade (5 and 6)
    Arko Komando cream
    Omega synthetic travel brush
    Aqua Velva Classic Ice Blue

The Arko cream makes a fantastic lather with minimum effort, I hand lathered one day then face lathered the next. The E2 gave very smooth 3-pass shaves. Now I have to decide what I'm going to use tomorrow, decisions, decisions, decisions...

    TSD 2x Iced Cedar/Lemon Splash
    Castle Forbes Cedar/Sandalwood Balm
    music-Bob Dylan
    coffee-home roasted Sumatra

Love these Russian Creams! The Neo Gold is a bit nicer for me than the Neo Silver. It has a woodier scent which I like.
Sumatra coffee also has a woody flavor-nice match.

    Gillette 7OC Black (3)
    Cool Water Rinse
    B&BW "Carried Away" lotion
    DKNY "Be Delicious" perfume

This was my first time ever using a shave stick, it was a very nice and smooth shave, I will definitely be using this again. Goodness knows we have enough of them lying around!

Tomorrow I'll load a new blade. Jeff brought an assortment so I can't wait to see what we have ... Maybe a Polsilver or an Astra?

    Have a great evening Everyone!

This is a fine shaving razor that's a little on the stiff side. Very nice shave this morning. I enjoyed the earthy scent of the Sweet Patchouli but that's the stuff I go for. Chances are if it's vetiver, patchouli or lavender, I'll like it. The SRD soap was primarily bought for the scent but it lathers well and has good protection during the shave. Post shave feel is decent. Have a good one.

    Sharp Durablade (1)
    3-pass shave

First time I've used the Sharp blade, it did a good job but not as good as the Personna labe prep or Astra SP

    Polo Original EDT

The 7 AM blade in my Super Speed gave me a great shave but it's getting tired, so I'll try it once more to see the results. Brazil makes some awesome creams - this Bozzano Sensitive stuff lathers like a maniac and gives a lot of skincare with plenty of menthol. Now, it's off to work. ;) :D

Have a great weekend, folks! :)
