If you guys want to call me a menthol freak, just go right ahead and do so - you all have my permission. The Gillette Menthol cream from Europe is a hell of a lot better than the Lebanese version - a nicer scent and better skincare. The cooling effect hits pretty hard also, especially during the 2nd pass. The 444 balsam and the Barbon are great at extending the chill.

This will be my setup for tonight. I have a late flight so I didn't bother shaving this morning. The Visal is quite nice and the Floid "The Genuine" is one of my all time favorites! I will be back on Wednesday and I will switch to injectors for the rest of the theme week.

Not sure how old the blade in the Schick is. Although I use it every week, it's only on Saturdays for touch up after my str8 shave. Still feeling pretty smooth, darn near BBS. I'll keep it in until it starts to tug.

I don't know why I love this razor so much but, I do. It's faux ivory handle is really beautiful. I wanted to get one for a long time but when I went to order one and looked at the suppliers photos of it the handle had that cheesey yellow look and I really was turned off by it and never pulled the trigger. I'm glad that I saw a good photo of it to see what it really looked like.

First time with the Treet Classic. I was excited to try a carbon steel blade- never have. My experience with knives tells me you can get a better edge with carbon than you can with stainless, so I wanted to find out if it was the same with DE blades. The first shave was GREAT! Smooth, not tugging at all- which is the problem I usually have. I will know more after 3 shaves with this blade.
