You just can't beat vintage tallow, What are they doing different to the new stuff ? Anyway....It was a great all around shave and I finally figured out the crazy hairs at the bottom of my neck. Thursday: L'Oreal Men Expert Facial Wash #6 Horsehair Super Speed/7 AM day 4 Nanny's Ice & a Slice SS 444 AS Balsam Osage Rub AS Santos de Cartier EDT This L'Oreal facial wash is good stuff - a nice and light scent and it's quite cooling. My shave went perfectly with my Super Speed/7 AM combination, and the Ice & a Slice soap delivers great lather and some intense menthol power. The 444/Rubby Dubby Doo combination felt delightful afterwards.

6/8 T.I. Tabula Rasa Patchouli 22mm TGN finest fan Brut Splash On Everything worked as it should including the operator, so nice shave this morning. Good cream, sharp razor, nice post shave feel. I must admit I prefer the Dark Lavender scent to the Patchouli but it's all good stuff on a performance level. Have a good one.
Now THAT'S an invaluable—dare I say, essential— addition to the morning shave routine that I've neglected to include.
THURSDAY (=My Friday; off until Sunday) Went back to my original set-up (back when I jumped back into DE wet-shaving) shown in the photo below: 1. Hot face towel 2. Welllllll we got shelled last night. Alas, it was a smoking hot date with my mom, got a bobblehead, and it was a beautiful evening. Colorado's Carlos Gonzales is a really good lookin' ball player. Between the Rum aftershave and the Tequila Lime crème, I seems to have a warm weather liquor themed shave. The Cat O' Nine Tails is awesome, I love the smell and the burn. Try it! Have a great day.
06/05 Thursday Hot shower to start the day, followed by facial prep with Axe Chilling. Brush choice for today, Omega 48. Which did a superb job in lathering RazoRock Fresco. Continue with the Fatboy and Gillette duo dialed to #6. After three passes warm water rinse then cold water splash. To crown a great DFS, Pinaud Tres Flowers, and Fitness balm.
