Brush Family Pic

Finally have enough brushes to make a decent family portrait. Well decent if I were any kind of photographer.

L to R Omega Boar 10218, WD Silver Tip, Ever-Ready 200 w/TGN Finest XH, Omega Boar 11137, Vie Long Horse/Badger .

 

That's a nice group of brushes.

 

Lots of hotties in that family! The bloomin' Green Phantom looks awesome front & center.

 

She bloomed into a lovely young lady did she not?

 

Very nice collection! Do you have a favorite? Do you have some sort of regular rotation so s not to neglect on of those beauties?

i really like that Vie Long Horse/Badger on the extreme right.

 

Thanks! As far as a favorite goes....right now it's the ER200 in the middle because it's my first restore. Last week it was the 11137 because it was my newest, before that it was the Vie Long....you get the picture. I just look at them and choose when it comes time to shave. I think the ER will get used quite a bit this week!

 

Pssst, srpavko actually secretly abhors the greenie in the middle. That's why she's coming to la casa de ohpaos.... (He just doesn't know it yet )

 

What? Huh? What just happened? I feel a victim of some malfeasance here. I must be vigilant!

The Omega Boar 10218 was one of my first brushes when i start the serious traditional shaving
I don't use it any more but i keep it in my cabinet as a "memory item".

 

I got the 10218 from my good pal michael54 as a PIF and I really like it. It lathers well and is quite stiff. Great for soaps and bowl lathering!
