I have just spoken to a rep at Lornamead who assures me that the Green brushless cream is being discontinued as it's less popular, not the Blue lather shave cream. I spoke to a senior guy, not a sales / phone operator.

Ingrams Lather Shave Cream is not being discontinued!!!!!

Well that's a relief then. It would seem they've changed their story since I spoke to them and I wasn't speaking to a sales/phone operator when I called.

Have they made any sort of announcement on the website as I haven't checked yet?

No insult intended. I didn't know who released the info, so my comment wasn't directed at anyone.

I spoke to a few people at Lornamead & most didn't know anything about Ingram’s until I spoke to the right guy. He knew all about the Ingram’s being discontinued as the Green (brushless) just doesn't sell enough units.

He assured me that the lather shave cream is still being produced & hadn’t heard anything about it being discontinued. There has obviously been a miss communication within the company as to which Ingram’s was being discontinued.

Never mind, were now all safe to enjoy the menthol blast that is Ingram’s

It's just really irritating that folk can't get their story straight. The person I was referred to was supposed to be in charge of their public relations. She was frankly a bit puzzled by the decision to discontinue Blue label while continuing to produce the Green. It smacks of an interoffice memo error.

I've benefitted as a result of the panic buying it sparked but I am glad of the news they aren't discontinuing it.

 

I had already panicked and bought 5 tubes as an emergency!

I got some Ingrams inbound. Can't wait to try it.

I've got plenty of Ingram in the house now--I'm sitting pretty these days!

 

Tried Ingrams this morning. Very cooling. I did find that the lather did not last very long - will try it again soon and report.

As for the cooling menthol, it is on par with JoAnna's Peppermint & Menthol cream. :1respect
